The office is open Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM, and closed on weekends. If you'd rather not travel, you can start online instead and ship the watch with our prepaid, insured overnight label.
How do you sell a Rolex in person in Miami?
- Book a time. Call or text 786-620-9945, email sales@thetimelesscollector.com or use the contact form. Tell us the reference and year when you book.
- Bring the watch. Bring the box and papers too if you have them. They aren't required.
- Authentication and inspection. Our watchmakers authenticate the watch and look at its cosmetic condition, its timing and, where it applies, its water resistance.
- Offer and payment. We make a market-based offer, and payment follows once the watch is authenticated.
What should you bring?
Bring the watch, plus anything that came with it: the box, the warranty card or certificate, booklets, spare bracelet links and any service receipts. None of these is required to sell. A Rolex without box and papers is still bought, though a full set usually supports a stronger offer.
Why sell in person rather than ship?
Selling in person means you don't need to ship the watch, and you can talk through the offer face to face. Shipping is quicker to arrange if you're outside South Florida or short on time. The offer is worked out the same way either way. The mail-in route is described on the sell your Rolex page.
